Hi,
If you want admin can reply ticket from front-end, this feature is available in Pro version.
Add admin user in staff members, he can perform all action on ticket from front-end.

Make sure these configurations are properly selected.
Admin > Configurations > Default Email Setting (make sure correct admin email address is selected)
Admin > Configurations > Mail Setting (make sure mail to admin is enabled)

In v1.0.6 free also have this feature, v1.0.6 is under development, soon it will be available.

JS Support Ticket use WP login and register process.
At successful login, user will redirect to JS Support Ticket control panel.Check in Configurations

Add short code into your page.
