Thank you for the information. My client agrees to change from MP2 to MP3, so I will update manually. But there is another – very, very strange – problem:
My client has a new computer. So he sent the NL from his new computer and it failed. All 150 mails were refused. Then he tried it from the old computer, here it worked. But if an emailadress ist considert to be a spamer adress or not, does not depend on the computer, that is used.
So i will do the update and maybe in the meanwhile you can answer if you see any explantion for thet strage effect with the two computers.
Thank you
RaphaelNobody has any idea? Would be great if somebody could help!
Thanks
RaphaelI think it was a mistake I am responsible for. The images I used were not in the upload folders, so i suppose I should move them first into the right folder and try later again.
Hi René,
thank you for the answer. Nr. 2 sounds interesting. Nr. 1 (You can do that by … disabling wp staging on the staging site… ) I do not understand:@?Nr. 1: I cannot disable the staging-site on the staging site. (?) Do you mean, that there is a button for disabling the protection on the staging-site? If so, where it is?
It would also be possible to add a funtion to the functions.php if there is such a function. If so, maybe you could post it.
If all of that (Nr. 1) is not possible, I will run a new clone of the staging-site, that time without the protection. (Version Nr. 2)
Thanks!

In reply to: Migrating single pluginsThank you for the answer, but it did not help. There is no other way then transferring the whole site – plugin after plugin – on a new wordpress and testing after each plugin is installed.
I could do that manually OR (and that is my question) by using a plugin which accepts migrating only single plugins. I would really prefere the plugin-solution, but I do not know any plugin that accepts migrating only parts of the installation. (One theme, one plugin…)
Manually it would be like this:
1) export from phpmyadmin the tables of a certain plugin
2) change the URLs
3) import it to the databank of the testingarea
4) transferring the plugin itself
That is a lot of work, since the site uses many plugins and big ones. Additionally each manual activity that is repeatet often includes the possibility of mistakes. Therefore I prefere the plugin. But I do not know a migratin plugin that allows the migration of single parts of the website.Hi, thank you for the information. The main problem is: 99% of all users have a free mail address. Is there anything I can do to have a higher acceptance rate? Would it e. g. be different if I used the paid version of mailpoet or does it ONLY depend on the hoster of the mail server?
Thanks
RaphaelHi!”
Thank you, that is the same what I told my client. But as the information comes from an “authority” (Sistrix) she feels unsure about it. It is a bit strange that Sistrix lists such things in a report as “serious”.Thank you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Cannot deactivate product variationsNo ideas? It must be because of a change from 2.6 to 3.x. Because before the update it worked quite well.
Thank you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Cannot deactivate product variationsHi there,
thank you for the answer. My report:
– yes, I use a shortcode,
– caching-plugin is turned off, but the bug remains.
– I cannot add the variation to the cart
– The JavaScript should be fixed by now, anyway I cannot see it in the console anymore.
– The problem is not visible in the 2017-theme when all plugins are turned off and there is no special plugin that causes the error.Do you have any further ideas? It seems to be in my code, but I do not have any idea where it might be. Before the update (2.x) it was working OK.
Thank you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Cannot deactivate product variationsDoes anybody know how to deal with this?
Thanks
Hi,
thank you for your answer, but the problem is different:
– When the plugin is activated the Responsive Menu does not work
– When the plugin is deactivated the Responsive Menu does not work
– When the plugin is completetly deinstalled the Responsive Menu works again. Therefore it MUST be in relation with Mailpoet 3. But how?
Cheers

In reply to: Bug or no bug?OK, now also the producer can see the problem. :))) Very good. Thank you for participating.
Now I only have to convince him that an update will be necaissairy. If a theme shows bugs on the site of the producer it is not very convincing. ??
