I removed everything directly via a shell connection because there is no interface for disabling plugins, just blank pages.
Removed everything, still not working. Blank pages for main WP page, login page, admin pages, everything. Verified that the db was making a connection.
Anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks in advance.
