Well,

I got access to the ftp.
I followed the steps as explained in the instruction video.
And where in the video there’s automagically a connection to the dashboard of the website, I couldn’t get any.

I deleted the themes except for the default.
I deleted the plug-ins.

The problem still exists.
I can’t get access.

In html language it says

I have no idea what this means.

I understand that you are all working here as volunteers and I appreciate your support and your help. I can’t blame you if you don’t see a solution to the problem.

I have downloaded the FTP app,
but it can’t generate access, unfortunately.

I carefully followed the steps in the instruction video.

I know the tools become visible by clicking the plus (+) icon. The problem is that I can’t click it (activate it), because it is ‘muted.’

The site came back, but I noticed that plug-ins were deactivated and deleted,
and also the theme had disappeared.

I installed the paypal plug-in.

Now the next problem arises.
It is impossible to find or activate the toolbar when I write a new post.

I wanted to embed the bandcamp link, but that didn’t work.
I can’t even add a link.

So the question is how can I activate the toolbar?
