I think you must delete files before you delete form.
In each form you should have at the bottom of the page (if you didn’t deactivated it ) each instance/pdf of the form that has been submitted.
or
Go to folder sendpdfcf7_uploads/ and delete them manually

If at your end it works fine and at mine it doesn’t I have no choice but to drop your extension.
I can’t drop the theme.
The extension had so much potential!

and I managed to this with CSS by hardcoding to show the 1st title (display none for the rest), but I need to change the CSS every time I create a new Event, which is NOT OK for the client.

C’est un BUG je pense. A confirmer aussi pas vous :).

Apparemment dans le code j’ai modifié comme pour le checkbox et ?a a corrigé le souci:

Ligne 634
$radioChecked = ‘checked’;

en

$radioChecked = ‘checked=”checked”‘;
