The solution is to change the anchor to the full URL including the anchor. Don’t worry, if you’re on the home page the site will not be reloaded as the browser will handle “skipping” to the section.

Featured image should appear at the beginning, maybe there’s a plugin moving it to the end?
I checked your link and I couldn’t find a featured imaged so it seems your sorted this out on your own.

For the menu bar go to Customizer→Header→Header Main and to the Style tab. There you’ll find a control “Row color”.
For the footer got to Customizer→Footer→Footer Bottom and to the Style tab. There you’ll find a control “Row color”.

That page is built entirely with the Elementor page builder.
Just move the sections by dragging & dropping. You’ll have to play around in the Elementor editor to understand how it works.
If you want to delete the section just right click on it and choose “delete”.

1. Check that in Elementor the theme default styles are deactivated.
2. Why you get random bold text is a mystery, maybe a coming from a plugin?
