1 day and a half and here is the issue again. This night, the redirection appeared and lasted 1 exact hour again.

Looking for a possible answer of this bad bahaviour, I have found a folder named w3tc-config placed on plublic_html (root folder) and inside this folder there are 2 files: an empty index.html and a master.php file. If I look for “Gapito” in this file (the non-exist page where the redirection goes), I find this line:

“redirect”: “Gapito”,

There are other redirect: “” lines, but only that one with Gapito. I think this is a clue.

Can I delete this folder a re-enable de W3 plugin again?

EDIT: I’ve erased the word “Gapito” in that line. Maybe it helps.

Ok Marko, thanks, but I don’t know which plugin or theme could have created the redirection because as I said I didn’t installed any new plugin or make any major changes….

It seems it works fine now. I deleted the “cache” folder from wp-content (I think you made a mistake, because you said wp-config ?? ), and since I reactivated the plugin until now there hasn’t been any issue. By the way, the only security plugin I have installed is “limit login attempts”, no more.

What do you think it was the problem?

No, no, the problem disapeared when I disabled W3. As I mentioned, it started on Thursday (I didn’t touch nothing or did something new in my web) and happened from time to time until I disabled W3 on Sunday. Since that day (Sunday evening) there has been no problem. The web is always accesible.

I don’t want to activate again W3 because the problem will occur again.

The problem was that I thought Redis was installed in the server but through Docker too… I was very confused and I needed my server administrator to fix it.

Now is working fine and the server and plugin show the same version.

Retomo otra vez este hilo porque creo haber encontrado la solución al problema de iThemes y los pedidos pendientes por si te sirve de ayuda y por si te vuelven a preguntar lo mismo.

Habría que desactivar 2 opciones:

1.- por una parte no activar la opción de “Lista negra por defecto / Activa la funcionalidad de lista negra de HackRepair.com” en la pesta?a de “Usuarios baneados” ya que es posible que la IP que proviene de Redsys se haya metido en la lista de baneos (como me acaba de pasar a mí con una nueva instalación) y, por tanto, no haya comunicación.

2.- desactivar la opción de “Filtras cadenas de url largas” en la pesta?a “Ajustes del sistema” porque hace precisamente eso, filtrar y, por tanto, bloquear urls demasiado largas, como es el caso (creo) de Redsys. Esta solución me sirvió para una instalación hace unos meses.

El resto de opciones podemos activarlas si queremos, que no va a dar ningún problema ??

Si no os importa, retomo este tema, ya que se habla de iThemes y el problema con redsys. Precisamente, instalé el plugin esta semana en 2 tiendas, y en las 2 me ha dado problema, al quedarse en pendiente de pago los pedidos. Desinstalo iThemes y todo vuelve a funcionar.

?Sabéis qué es lo que puede estar pasando? ?Es problema de iThemes directamente?

Yeah! It worked! However, at the checkout page the hover “button” background changes only to transparent; I have tried with :hover but with no success, I think it’s because the theme or something else. But it doesn’t matter, it looks good now.

By the way, how can I send you a new Spanish translation? The current translation isn’t good, so I’d like to collaborate with this contribution.

I have the same problem with one of my sites but, in my case, with one snippet. Others seem to work fine. The problem is not from the snippet, because it works fine in other webs.

In this case, the problem is that the snippet I’ve tried to insert needs to create a special folder (with new files), but the folder never builds. I don’t know if this is the same reason some developers get the 404 error page.
