2) What is a store? a Post type? subsite?
store is the restaurant or flower
you click on it and bring a portfolio of products.

Very cleaver my friend, good solution, its easy to understand the concept,
however it has some code knowledge before to develop such application.
Each site will have a product menu, to bring information to card and checkout.

I was looking for a application regards
multiple vendors restaurants research application
Like is possible to order only if the store is nearby 5 km from visitor side.
Could have a pick up product option as well
This application can be used for delivery food, and flowers
means it has to be necessary only 1 hour for delivery.
totally integrated to woo commerce and multiple stores.

1- Visitor make a research from zip code, IP , or GPS
2- Research done with some stores
3- click on store, then have product menu options, click to card
4- Visitor choice on checkout page between
a)pick up product, b) delivery with pay on delivery option.
5- Calculate time and distance to delivery or pickup product.

i have already located a marketplace store sample,
wich is possible to use a structure
the only matter is to connect restaurant
information to vendor side (dishes,opening hours,menu, chef information).
and delivery form, on the shop cart and checkout box
