I am really sorry for being late on this.
You can control this behaviour from Product to show in each row setting option and right now it’s only available on Card Template One and Grid template. Moreover if you are talking about per page limit then unfortunately it’s not available at this moment however we have this on our roadmap and it will be added in the next version. If you have any feature suggestions then please feel free to add those I will try to add these.

Could you please share some more details on this? Could you please check your browser console while creating the ticket from the customer portal? Also please check the requests.
If you have any required fields and you don’t fill them then validation gets failed. Also, there could be a conflict from any other plugin JS script. Also please clear your browser cache.

This feature isn’t available in the current version however from the next version(1.7.0) you can increase or decrease maximum file upload limit from settings.

We will add a new filter hook for the mime type in the next version. So that you can add the mime type and use it.
You can search for “fluent_support/mime_groups” filter and you can add your mime types into it.

You can use our file upload feature to upload videos. You can also control the upload size limit from settings.
