Hello @pacovigo
We are sorry for the trouble. We are working on the responsiveness and will be resolved soon.
Regards,
@georgefyro Thank you for your support.
@pacovigo We are working on the fixes but we would appreciate it if you could provide us a screenshot/more details about the issues you are facing.

Greetings,
We are sorry for the trouble. Since the new update brings substantial changes throughout the plugin it would be wise to test it on a staging site first.
If you run into issues next time then please do take a screenshot of the error and reach out to us immediately. We will be actively monitoring support after the next release. It could be possible that Directorist is conflicting with a 3rd party plugin which is impossible to rectify without the error message.
We are already working on the issues and a release with the fixes will roll out soon.
I hope you understand.
Thank you,
Greetings,
Previously(v6.5.8 and before), you had to create custom fields from the “Custom Fields” menu but now you just drag from the “Custom Fields” section in Directory Builder > Submission Form and drop anywhere on your form.
For more details about the documentation, check out here https://directorist.com/documentation/directorist/form-and-layout-builder/add-listing-form-layout/
Also there are some known issues in the latest version of Directorist which we are working on and a fix should roll out soon.
Regards,
Greetings,
Yes, we too have it on our priority list and soon will start working on it.
Thank you for letting us know what you are looking for, it really helps us to prioritize our upcoming features.

I am sorry but the author search option is not available at the moment. Member directory features will be available by quarter 1 2021.

May I know if it is a paid/featured listing? If it is a paid listing then you must approve the order first in Directory Listings > Order History. If the order status of the listing is “Pending” then the edited listing will not be published regardless of the setting.
That should resolve the issue.

I am sorry the reset button for search is not available at the moment but Directorist 7.0 which will be released on 28th February has the search fields and search button aligned in one row.

Hello @technicalx
Thank you for contacting us.
I am sorry but the verification step is not available at the moment for the guest post. But I believe it is much needed, I have let the developers know and hopefully, it will be added in the coming versions.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Hello @purpl33lk
We are sorry for the delayed response. I checked your site and it returned 468 listings. Was there any radius filter before? If so then make sure the radius is set to 0 km/m in Search Settings > Search Form Settings
Let us know if you run into any issues.
Regards,
The fix already rolled out the very next day. Please check and update, if you don’t have the license activated then download the v1.2.1 from the site and install it.

This is an issue related to the hosting. Are you running WordPress on a Windows-based server? Are you using the Plesk Control Pane?
My suggestion would be to discuss this with your hosting provider. You may also try checking with the following first.
Firstly, make sure that mod_rewrite is enabled on your server.
Secondly, navigate to Settings > Permalink and make sure that “index.php” is not written in your custom structure.
Lastly, make sure this line of code is in your .htaccess file(if using unix based server):
# BEGIN WordPress <IfModule mod_rewrite.c> RewriteEngine On RewriteBase / RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L] RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d RewriteRule . /index.php [L] </IfModule> # END WordPress
I hope that helps.
