Hello,
We replied to you last time requesting to increase the PHP memory. One of the users was having a similar issue, and increasing the memory resolved the issue.
You can go through the HTTP 500 thread for more information.

Hello Casin,
Thank you for reaching us out.
1. Directorist is not compatible with Elementor yet, we are working on it.
2. I am sorry the phone number in the registration field is unavailable at the moment.

Hello Nick,
Thank you for reaching us out. I am not entirely sure how you want to use it but you can display a specific listing with ID using the following shortcode
[directorist_all_listing ids="1,2,5"]

Greeting,
Thank you for reaching us out.
Would you mind providing a little more context about the situation? Where are you trying to show the subcategories? Please share a screenshot.

Hello Lin,
You only need to change the listings to “Never Expire” that says “Renewal” here. The ones that say “Never Expires” literally will not expire. So, changing the ones that expire on May 28 will do the job.

Greetings,
We are transferring our domain and database to the new server which is why our site is experiencing difficulties for the past few days. We are expecting to have the issues fixed by today.
We are sorry for the trouble that we may have caused.

Hello Lin,
Thank you for your time and effort in creating the video.
As it shows in the video, the listings that are expiring requires renewing owing to the fact that, while creating the listings, “Never Expires” option was not checked. Please keep in mind that, wp-admin dashboard > Directory Listings > Add New Listings settings will override the settings in the “Directory Settings”. Ergo Default Listing Expires in Days = 0 is not taking effect.
Therefore, you need to edit the listings in the admin panel and select the “Never Expires” option. Please refer to the screenshot. I understand it could be a tedious task to change them manually and that is why we have the “bulk changing status” feature in plans and will be available in the foreseeable future. Unfortunately, you will have to change the status manually at the moment.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching us out.
I am sorry but the Directorist is not responsible for the ExpiredKeyMapError.
According to Google,
The API key included in the script element that loads the API has expired or is not recognized by the system. You may receive this error after creating a new API key if you try to use the key before it is recognized by the system. Wait a few minutes and try again, or you may need to generate a new API key in the Google Cloud Platform Console.
Either the key has expired and you need to generate a new API key along with the billing system as it is not free after a certain extent or you need to enable a few things for the new API-
Step 1: Please make sure, you have set the Javascript Google Map API key correctly.?[You must need the JAVASCRIPT API to make it work, any other will not work]
Step 2: In this stage, you need to enable the Maps JavaScript API under APIs in the Google Cloud Platform Console. Go to the Google?Console?and look for the Javascript Map API and enable it.
Step 3: After enabling it, make sure you have the following API enabled.
1. Places API
2. Geocoding APIRegards,
Hello Christine,
Thank you for reaching us out.
The database server issue has no relevance to the HTTP 500 error. 500 internal server error often transpires due to the PHP Memory Limit. Increasing the limit usually resolves the issue. Please increase the PHP Memory Limit, you can also reach out to your hosting provider and request them to increase.
It can also be a plugin conflict. You can use “Health Check Plugin”, the Health Check plugin can aid you in the conflict test without impacting any site visitors. Download and install the plugin. Activate it and navigate to Tools > Site Health and do the following
If you see errors on the ‘Status’ or ‘Info’ tabs, please resolve the issues before continuing
Click on the ‘Troubleshooting’ tab, check the warning information, and hit ‘Enter Troubleshooting Mode’.
Troubleshooting mode will automatically deactivate the plugins and activate the default theme (This won’t affect users)
Leave only the “Directorist” activate and check if the issue persists.
Activate plugins one by one to detect which plugin is causing the 500 error
Let us know the test results, we will be happy to assist.Regards,
Thank you very much for getting back to us.
I meant if it has any relevance to our plugin functionalities. There are certain pages in the plugin for example locations, categories, author profiles, etc. We may add the “logged in users only” feature to those pages only. A page with benefits as you are referring to is a custom need. Due to the heavy workload, we are unable to create a random page and add the functionality that you are making reference to.
There are plugins like “content control” you can try, I know you are already using a plugin but at the moment, it is the only solution.
Sorry for not being able to help you with what you are looking for.

I guess it is hidden on the single listings page but not on “All Listings”. To hide the contact information from the “All Listings” page, navigate to Directory Settings > Listing Settings > Listings Page > Scroll down to “Display Contact Information” and set it to “No”. Here is a screenshot.

Hello,
We are sorry for the trouble.
We are having difficulties with our database server. The issue is equally affecting our business and at the moment, all we can do is wait whilst the hosting provider resolves the issue. I hope it gets resolved soon.
Could you please provide me a little more context about the issue? Are you referring to Directory Settings or WP Dashboard Settings? We were unable to replicate the issue therefore, your cooperation is required to resolve the issue.
