In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Version 5.16.0.1 Breaks Screen OptionsHello @jnaran,
You should be able to rename the event-tickets folder name from the cPanel File management to temporary disable the plugin.
Then just delete the plugin from plugin list and install again.
That should resolve the issue for you.

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Checkout Unavailable!Hi @eltsly,
Sorry to see you are facing such an issue.
It looks like the locale value from your setup is coming as
en
only which is not supported by PayPal therefore the JS SDK is not getting loaded: https://d.pr/i/kmgoc7You may use the following snippet to force the
en_US
locale value for PayPal script and that should fix the issue for you.https://gist.github.com/rafsuntaskin/6db648b9dfd1a7099d5cd22264491d34
You may follow this guide if you want to know how to implement custom snippets:

Let us know how it goes for you.

Hi @ashortsleeves,
Thanks for your patience on this.
We have tried to reproduce this issue on our end and we were not able to reproduce any miscalculation for order count vs attendees.
The only case where it might mismatch is if you have added attendees manually to that event using the Add Attendee button: https://d.pr/i/RQUEkO
This is a feature from Event Tickets Plus.
Let us know if that is the case for you.

RafsunHi,
Thanks for your query.
The filter you have provided is deprecated. You should be able to do the same using this new filter:
tribe_tickets_ticket_email_subject
You can find the details for this filter here:
https://docs.theeventscalendar.com/reference/hooks/tribe_tickets_ticket_email_subject/
Let me know if this helps.

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Attendees not ShowingHi @perthartglass ,
I assume there is some confusion. Free Event Tickets never had WooCommerce support.
The Event Tickets Plus plugin has WooCommerce support and as you haven’t updated that alongside Event Tickets, therefore it got deactivated.
Event Tickets v5.2.0 requires the latest version of Event Tickets Plus v5.3.0.
Updating Event Tickets Plus should fix your issue.
Thanks

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Tickets Commerce Doesn’t WorkHi @toosathit,
Thanks for getting in touch.
Please make sure that you have not checked the Test mode: https://d.pr/i/jLm9po
Also, check if you have all the webhooks shown as the image above.
If you have previously tried with sandbox accounts then pleasee try toggling the test mode as well.
Let us know if this helps.

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Attendees not ShowingHi @perthartglass,
Thanks for your query.
If all your tickets were from past events and you don’t have any running events or upcoming events only then it will hide the legacy TribeCommercce settings section.
However, it should not deactivate any Attendees page from showing up.
Do you have the TribeCommerce PayPal settigs all connected and updated? Having those active also should avoid TribeCommerce from not working.
Let me know if this helps.

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] “get ticket” button not workingHi,
Sorry to know that you are facing such an issue.
I can see some JS errors in the Event page that are causing the Ticket button to not work: https://d.pr/i/8SyPxY
Please make sure that you are using the latest version of both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus.
Also, are you using any plugin to Minify and cache JS files? Try disabling that and clearing the cache.
I can see that you have also opened a ticket in our support. I will take over that ticket to further help you if needed.
Let me know how it goes.

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Display Tickets on Events pageHi @omariv,
At this moment the shortcodes are only available within the Event Tickets Plus plugin.
The only other way is to use the Block editor and use the Tickets blog as needed.
I hope this helps.
