Hi Alekv, when I try to rename the plugin to disable it, it says permission denied if I do it via filezilla or putty. Kindly help me to fix it as my knowledge of php is much lesser. I have been trying to fix this since 5 hours and it is impacting our business directly.

Hi @isaumya, how can I contact you if I have certain questions, like you pointed out that we should not turn the preloader on, but in the tutorial video, it was turned on. I have few small questions regarding the plugin, how can I reach you guys.

It is not exactly a support question, but here it is a gist of it. I am using wp rocket on one website and this plugin on the second. If we have wp rocket on some site, will using the plugin enhance the experience?

Also, how can we start varnish cache which is given inside the plugin, will it enhance the site loading time, my home page has high loading time I guess. The plugin is live on the site.

There are two kinds of events —

1. Track events automatically without code which was off.
2. Automatic advanced matching- This was on which I have turned off.
   
   
   So, now both are off. Will this fix the issue?

I can create one more thread if needed. The issue here is when I initiate placing order by clicking on place order, a purchase event is fired even before I complete my payment.

If I cancel my payment here, purchase is already fired but no order has come to us.

If I will complete the payment, purchase pixel will fire again. (which becomes 2 times)

We exactly have 5 orders today and on ad manager, it shows 10 purchases.

We are facing this issue after the recent update of the plugin.

Hi, were you able to solve this? I am facing the same issue, if we receive 5 orders on our website, on ads manager it is showing as 10. For every purchase, there are two events. I am in dilemma what to do, this issue is started just 3 days ago with the new update.

My question is for the size of the popup. It takes complete mobile space and looks bad. I have the premium version of the plugin by the way.

I was away for some time.

I use Google Tag Manager for WordPress for google tag manager UA4 and I haven’t use pixel manager for GTM because it is a paid version.

I have also seen only one payment gateway, phonepe has this issue, cash on delivery and payubiz is okay. so, I was wondering if GTM is the issue then it should be on all payment gateways.

I told this to phonepe guys but they are clueless about this. Not able to track pixel can be issue on facebook ads.

SAME issue with us too, using the plugin since a long time now and it never gave an issue.

I hope the team fixes the issues, we are not able to track purchases and we are using this plugin since two years now, it is very hard to let this go…

We have not customized the thank you page and also not done any changes in payment method or on check out page.

But we have not updated our theme since long time, it is at it’s previous version, we are using flatsome. Can that be any issue?

Our numbers were almost matching previously, now we see a significant change. I just confirmed, data for 27th October, on our website we have 93 orders and on pixel, we have 73.

Our wordpress is updated but flatsome(theme) is not updated. Also, we have done manual integration not with Facebook login. The thing is when we have less numbers in pixel and more on the website, our ads show us bit costlier than they are and we panic lol.

I will really appreciate if you can suggest me something here, thanks a lot!
