Do you have access to your webhost? If you do, FTP to your themes folder, and delete the entire theme where the functions.php is located. I’ve been having problems with my functions.php file as well, and when my site turns completely white, I just go to the webhost file manager and delete the entire child theme.
Then go back to your wordpress dashboard and reinstall a theme with an unedited functions.php file.
