So essentially all list points under one ul. it is unordered list hence you will gets bullets. right now i see that your list is poorly formatted that is why this problem is coming.

Also if you search by using control F (Windows) or ?-F (Mac), type nav.navbar-default

You will see te border-bottom css inside. Remove that line only.

Go to your style.css
search for nav.navbar-default
You will find this inside enclosed brackets ->
border-bottom: 1px solid rgba(0,0,0,0.08);

Just delete it and Voila!
