No issue from our end. It works for all forms on a single page. Did you change the field name for every country field? You have to add a unique name for every country field.

It means conditional logic works with the repeater fields. You can make a conditional field with repeater fields. This feature wasn’t available before.

Thanks for your feature requests. You can set a min and max lengths of a number using our Range slider addon for contact form 7. And other field types are not available in our plugins. But we may add them in the future.
