this error is related to the PRO version of SEOPress.
Please open a support ticket from your customer area to solve this as this is not allowed on w.org forums. Plus always use example.com for domain names.

can you try to delete SEOPress from Plugins, then add it again please?
It seems some custom tables have not been initialized according to errors mentioned in your first answer.
Can you also go to Tools, Site Health and see if you have any errors?
Plus go to Info tab, Server section and copy paste the details here please.
Which version of SEOPress and WordPress do you use?

can you enable WP DEBUG in your wp-config.php file (backup this file first)?
https://www.seopress.org/support/guides/wp_debug-enable-error-logging-in-wordpress/
Then activate SEOPress, browse some pages on your sites, you should then see what the error is, in wp-content/debug.log file.
Once done, disable WP_DEBUG for security.
Try also to use Query Monitor plugin to see if it found some slow queries on frontend. https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/query-monitor/

You can use the Target keywords column from post type list.
We have an opened Github issue to find a way to handle this more efficiently.
