This didn’t fix my problem as well.

Enable File Change Detection – turned off
Display file change admin warning – turned off
nclude/Exclude List – exclude – “********/wpreso-video-cache”

Server Tweaks – all off
Reduce comment spam – off
Remove write permissions from .htaccess and wp-config.php – off
Display random version number to all non-administrative users – off
Prevent long URL strings – off
Turn off file editor in WordPress Back-end – off

I have switched Permalinks, default works but post name still does not work…any idea?
