In reply to: [WooCommerce] Phone required, but placeholder shows optionalHi there
You could use a localization plugin like?Loco translate?or the?Say What??plugin to make the text change. This will allow you to find the string and change it to be what you’d like. You can follow our step-by-step guide on how to do that here:
https://woo.com/document/woocommerce-localization/#creating-custom-translations
I hope this helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Supplier widgetHi there
Thanks for getting back to us.
On the left (or right) there is a wide white space where I would like these to go
I appreciate you going into additional detail. Are you referring to these spaces?

How about adding an image gallery widget? Does that work for you? You can add it above the product categories list in Appearance > Widgets.

If this is not what you’re referring to, or if this is not where you’d like to put logos from your suppliers, please provide us a screenshot of the areas you’d like to fill so we can figure out exactly what you’re looking for.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] free 7-day delivery text on google search resultsHi there!
It seems the free 7-day delivery is no longer appearing there or at least it doesn’t show on my end. Did you clear the cache on your browser? Maybe it’s a caching issue.Full size image: https://snipboard.io/ok016X.jpg
If you continue seeing it, I would suggest contacting Google support, as they are in the best position to help you further with this specific issue.
Best regards,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Phone required, but placeholder shows optionalHi there
Thanks for sending over your system status report.
I can currently replicate this on my test site with only WooCommerce and Storefront enabled. Further investigation revealed that this is an issue that has already been reported on GitHub:
https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/35499Please go ahead and add your own comment and subscribe to the GitHub thread for updates. This will give the developers a good idea of the size and impact of the issue and hopefully, it will be fixed within the next releases of WooCommerce.
Hope this helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WoocommerceHi @luiscalado
Thanks for reaching out.
I wouldn’t recommend opening multiple threads for the same topic as this is against the forum guidelines.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Problems with shipping types and shipping class pricesHi there
It seems like the shipping class cost formulas are getting saved correctly in the database, but they are not being displayed when you edit the shipping method again.WPML is generally compatible with WooCommerce, but there could be specific scenarios where conflicts arise.
Are you using the default shipping functionality in WooCommerce or enhancing it with a shipping plugin? Could you please share your site’s system status? – You can find it via?WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Why do recurring memberships expire? This forum is solely for WooCommerce core and WooCommerce Memberships has dedicated support from the vendor SkyVerge, so it appears that we are out of scope here.
You can contact the vendor via this link:Choose the option “I need help with my account or with a product I purchased on Woo.com.” and “Need something else? Contact us!”. Submit your request after selecting WooCommerce Memberships in the dropdown.
I’m going to close the thread now. Feel free to create a new topic if you have any questions on WooCommerce core.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce selling courses (Presential)Hi @luiscalado
Thanks for reaching out on the WooCommerce forum.
I understand you want students to be able to access their course completion certificates (PDF) from their My Account area after completing a presential course. For this, you would need to make use of a plugin that allows you to upload files to user profiles.
One such plugin is File Upload for WooCommerce. This plugin allows you to attach files to orders and products. These files can then be downloaded via the customer’s account page.If you have any pre-sales questions, please contact us at:
https://woo.com/contact-us/#sales-form
From there, click on the tab “I have a question about a specific extension or theme I’d like to purchase.” We will be able to help you further there.
Just so you know, we offer a 30-day refund policy so you can test out the extension with your requirements and make sure it works for you.
Hope this helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] I need to add options for flat rate shipping by areaHi @wendykn
With shipping zones in WooCommerce, you can get as specific as you need, right down to regions and zip codes. Are postcodes available in Nairobi?
You can limit to specific zip/postcodes each one with a different shipping flat rate. Please note that shipping zones match customer addresses from top to bottom – this means you’d want to sort the shipping zones starting from?the narrowest at the top?of the list to?the widest at the very bottom. The following documentation covers more details on how to use zip/postcodes to limit a shipping zone:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Customer login not workingHi there
I’ve ran some more tests and it seems to be a problem with only the accounts that’re registering through the website
Thanks for the update. Can you test login after disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and changing the theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty?
If it works, reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, go on and reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
Let us know how it goes.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Square gift cards not workingHi @domdada
Thanks for confirming you’ve properly set up Square and enabled gift cards.
I’ve had several orders where the order goes through on square and appears on the transactions but the order on woocommerce shows failed
Can you also confirm you’ve correctly set up the gift card product as outlined here?

Cheers.Hi there
Currently, WooPayments does not natively support the functionality to route transactions to two separate accounts based on product categories. The plugin is designed to process all transactions through a single bank account for simplicity and ease of management.
Feel free to upvote for this feature to be considered in the next releases of the plugin – https://woo.com/feature-request/multiple-bank-accounts/.However, there is a workaround to achieve what you’re looking for. One possible solution could be to use two different payment gateways. You can set one payment gateway for one product category and another gateway for the other categories. Each payment gateway can be linked to a different bank account.
Another alternative could be to use a third-party plugin or hire a developer to customize the functionality for you. Please note that any modifications would be outside the scope of our support and we recommend working with a WooCommerce expert to ensure that any changes do not conflict with existing functionalities.
Hope this helps!
