In reply to: [WooCommerce] Delivery options do not appearHi @xcaiop
Thanks for the screenshots.
Since the first to match the customer address is always used can you switch the shipping zones and check if it works?Full size: https://i.vgy.me/K18M1r.gif

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Error processing orderHi there 👋
I understand your customers from Belgium are getting an “Error processing the order, try again later” warning and there are no error logs in WooCommerce and on the payment method.
Can you confirm you have set “No location by default” in your WooCommerce settings under general options?
Please share your system status so we can take a closer look:
- You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply.
Thank you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Template notice, error and successHi @alandres
Thanks for the additional information.
As mentioned earlier, notices templates are included with WooCommerce checkout block which is now the default checkout experience for all new stores.
It seems Divi builder is relying on the template notice templates of the classic checkout method (the one usingwoocommerce_checkout
shortcode) – as such, you’d need to remove the blocks and use the checkout shortcode version instead. However, I would advise getting in touch with the Divi support team for further information.
Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] This value is not a valid URL [link]Hi @serapiony
Thanks for sending over your system status and fatal error log.
The latter appears unrelated to the notification in the feed; nonetheless, you can resolve it by raising the WP Memory capacity. You could ask your host for assistance to double the memory to 512 MB.It seems your site is not connected to a valid Google ID. Could you please contact us at?Woo.com > My Account > Support? You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
We will be able to help you further there, as we will likely need more sensitive information that wouldn’t be appropriate for a public forum.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
I’ve resolved the problem. So you can close this thread now.
Hi @modernscarface thanks for letting us know you’ve resolved the issue. It would be a good idea to share what you’ve done so it’ll be helpful to other contributors having a similar problem.
It’s for sure a problem that is easy to recreate if you just try it on the correct website and using the number pad on the right.
Just a quick heads-up: I’m not sure why you assumed I was on another website. I’ve been testing on your site https://scottwarrick.websiteformy.com using Windows and Google Chrome. This is a screenshot I had previously saved. My colleague is using Safari on a Mac which resulted in a different render of the checkout page.
Hope this makes things clear, but let us know if you have any questions.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Set Attributes on product variationsHi @waynep16
Thanks for clarifying this further.
It sounds like you’d need custom code to achieve your goal and the below article should be a good starting point:

Reach out to us again if you have any more questions.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] I want to remove other fields at checkout pageHi there!
You can find relevant documentation on how to remove checkout fields here:
https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/blob/trunk/docs/code-snippets/customising-checkout-fields.mdI had a look at your site which should be ugbeatz.com as it’s mentioned in the logs but didn’t find a way to display checkout fields. See the screencast here.
Can you let us know your site’s URL and share your system status so we can take a closer look?
- You can find it via?WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply.
Thank you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Produktgaleriebilder wechseln nur wenn eingeloggtHi Kerstin @bremerin12
We currently provide support in English on the forums. For now, we’ll be replying in English but you’re welcome to continue in German, if you’d prefer.
I understand the issue you’re describing is that when you click on the product gallery images, the selected image doesn’t reflect in the product image (main image) as shown here:Full size image: https://i.vgy.me/t4VsLQ.gif
I’m happy to take a look at this and help you troubleshooting. Can you please share the following:
- Your site’s system status – You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply.
- Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > Status > Logs (if available).
Looking forward to your reply.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Template notice, error and successHi @alandres
Thanks for the screenshots.error.php
,notice.php
andsuccess.php
are notices templates included with the WooCommerce blocks plugin which is bundled with WooCommerce core.
These templates are used to display different types of notices on your site and you can find them in the following directory:/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/8.3.1/packages/woocommerce-blocks/templates/notices/
To remove the overrides simply delete these files but don’t forget to make a full backup first. Also, please be aware that removing these files may impact the functionality of your website, depending on what changes have been made in these files. If you’re unsure, it would be best to consult with a web developer.
I hope this helps! Let us know if you have any questions.
Cheers.Hi @copperwitch
This was fixed in WooCommerce 8.2.0 (#39913) and you can check the changelog here.
If you’ve installed WooCommerce 8.3.1 but still experiencing an issue please create your own new topic, as the thread starter may have resolved this already and no longer wants to be updated on it (there’s a follow-up checkbox).

In reply to: [Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway] Plugin showing 502 gateway errorHi @abdul810
502 Bad Gateway error could be caused by a firewall on the server. Since you’re using a CDN (CloudFlare) have you considered temporarily disabling it and see if it makes a difference?
Keep us posted on your findings.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] I cant see content in admin because of spinnerHi @minimooh
I can see I have 200 GB?SSD-storage on my website. Is that not enough?
That should be enough! What we actually meant was:
WP Memory Limit: 205 MB
WordPress memory limit should be at least 256 MB or greater. Please contact your host to increase the memory. Here’s more information on server requirements.
https://woo.com/document/server-requirements/
We’ll be here if you need more help!
