Then from the WordPress plugins admin scree, you can update the plugin

The Customer Payment Retry email is proving trickier that I realised – it only works if the subscription order selected also has a retry email that has been sent – I’m not currently sure how to simulate this, will look into it asap

Can you let me know what other (id any) plugins you are using in relation to WooCommerce email sending? Could you try de-activating them and let me know if it still duplicates header/footer?

Sorry to hear this @flegmacro – what is the error so I can try and fix?

Hi @michaelhabibjims the free version does not send emails, but lets you view the email in the browser. Only the premium version sends test emails to an inbox.

Sorry to hear this.

The plugin only allows admin users to view previews – are you logged into wordpress as an Admin on your site?

Changing the CSS of your site is very odd, and I’m not sure how this is possible. I will happily try and debug this – I haven’t heard of this bug before.

You’re not missing a step with the app. Is there some cacheing happening?
Make a real ‘test’ order via your shop checkout – do you see the changes in the email that gets sent?
