The issue has been resolved, It was a plugin conflict, ‘Woocommerce fly cart’ was conflicting with ‘WPML Translation Management’ plugin, deactivating ‘WPML Translation Management’ done the work for me. Everything works fine now.

Thanks for your quick response,
Did install the plugin but still no luck. Actually I am having WPML installed as well, so the main language is english and WP fly cart works fine for english but for other three languages, there is this issue that the product isn’t removed from the cart.
Also when product is increased in cart, it goes to infinity loading.
