I found the solution, problem was with the css {i used display:none for some background image urls} which is
(references to the non-existent resources)
Once i correct it everything got okay

Post me what is the link of your website?
problem might be with the wp-config
Delete the spaces at the end of the wp-config and you can see the admin login page again

If you want to redirect your Broken 404 pages to a link You need to use a good redirect Plugin

when you click Appearance->editor

Basically you will be having theme files like
index.php
functions.php
page.php
post.php
contact-page.php
full width template.php
blog-template.php
style.css

if your theme supports blog template you need to tweak the code of the file i highlighted. It may not be with the exact name but it might be related to the name blog.

Make sure you back up the file.

Do you have access to phpmyadmin
If yes loginto your database
under the table wp-options you should edit the siteURL to your desired URL.
