While this might not appear refined and I might not implement practically, but suppose I create a Jotform account for each of the partners. Then add an online form from their Jotform account to corresponding partner WordPress pages. Then I think what the partner will refer can be tracked without any affiliate plugin.

But this referral link is by ICICIDirect.com. So how will it be tracked finally, given the reports will be on ICICIDirect.com dashboard. Do I need to seek help from ICICIDirect.com team?

I think there are 3 ways:

1. When someone signups for an account (https://digitalsplendid.agency/wp-login.php?action=register)
2. When someone subscribes through subscription form (using Moosend). Or when someone fills Consult Us/Support/Contact forms built with Jotform.
3. When someone buys (using WooCommerce with Stripe integrated)

It appears need to add tracking link on all the 3. It also appears not full proof as someone might still signup through other means.
