@prashantrai Thanks for the support.
The issue is resolved. It was due to plugin conflict (I had also installed WordPress plugin for hCaptcha. Once deactivated,form working with hCaptcha). However, still would like to know if anyone can use both simultaneously.

Thanks for the reply.
This issue appears specific from Bitnami migration. Through Google Search, I could find the solution which is included here: https://digitalsplendid.host/2021/01/07/plesk-hosting-stack-on-ubuntu-3-websites-under-one-instance-with-plans-starting-5-per-month-on-amazon-lightsail-and-a-demo-of-migration-with-free-migrate-guru-plugin/
Thanks for the reply.
Yes, I could locate the WP files under httpdocs.
Since I have been used to shared hosting (GoDaddy, NameCheap, WPEngine, LiquidWeb, Cloudways…), these steps taken care by them.
The reason was ports 20-22, 49152-65535 ports are blocked by default on AWS Lightsail for Plesk Ubuntu instances. Need to open the port under networking. https://ibb.co/xLkp3tM
For migration purposes, use /httpdocs as destination directory path.
For Plesk Ubuntu on Amazon Lightsail, need to open port 20-22, 49152-65535 under networking (https://ibb.co/xLkp3tM). They are blocked by default.
Earlier, while trying to access through SSH, I wrongly entered username as splendid1008 instead of ubuntu. Now, I get this message:
Unable to access wpconfig file. Please check if WordPress is installed on the destination address. Also, check if you have permission to access the folder.

@gappiah Thanks so much. I will start from scratch due to hurdles faced and let you know my outcome.
In the meantime if possible, your support regarding this thread with Let’s Encrypt should be helpful to me: https://community.letsencrypt.org/t/unable-to-activate-ssl-for-plesk-ubuntu-wordpress-instance/141312.
