Thank you for your reply. I had not noticed the quotation marks, thanks for that tip.
I have now changed the code to what you suggested:
"columnDefs": [ { "type": "date-eu", "targets": [ 2 ] } ]But now the sorting for column no. 2 is completely disabled. Any idea what could be wrong now?

If I add
“columnDefs”: [ { “type”: “date-eu”, “targets”: [ 3 ] } ]The sorting disappears. Should I try something else?

But should the “system” not be able to understand the date “dd-mm-yyyy” in the form 30-12-2018? That is a European standard for dates, I would think?

RakelI figured it out. I had not gone to File -> Publish to the web. Once I did that, everything was ok.

Thank you for that solution. It works, but now the first column has horizontal scrolling. Also, if my mouse is over the first column and I scroll down, it is like the first column shifts so that it is no longer completely aligned with the other lines in the other columns.
Is there some way to fix that?

I thought I had this figured out, found this page https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/home-page-plus-blog-page?replies=5, that says I should create a static page so I followed this guide: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Creating_a_Static_Front_Page and created a “Home” page for each of my languages (3) but nothing shows up…
