I am also facing the sample problem. But i am using subdomain instead of subfolders.

if i change the following entry
define( ‘SUBDOMAIN_INSTALL’, true ); to define( ‘SUBDOMAIN_INSTALL’, false );
It will solve the problem but i need subdomain.

Kinldy tell in subdomain case how can i solve this issue. i mean how will i remove the “/wp-signup.php?new=mydomain.com” from my domain.
