This was very helpful. I managed to pinpoint the issue. IT was our very own plugin “Certificate Tracker Pro for LearnDash”. We are going to have to tweak our plugin. Our other plugins are fine. It’s just this one.

I see they finally accepted responsibility. As devs it would have taken them literally 5 minutes to test this on their end. Let’s see what happens. But to be honest they have left a sour taste in my mouth.

I gave you pretty clear instructions on how to test this. I even sent a n email. Again you are telling me I was not clear. Not impressed to be honest.

I am glad to hear that I am not going mad. To be honest I have just removed this. Quite frankly MEC have been really pathetic.

I have contacted them on their messenger app, email and here. Each time they keep pointing me to a cache plugin which is just ridiculous. So by continually pushing me in that direction there is something definitely up with their addon. I have a huge market that I could drive users to their plugin for a specific niche.

The moment I activate the plugin the calendar crawls. So to be honest I would just recommend that you remove the plugin. Don’t let you site suffer and find a another option. I really want purchase the premium addons but I’m left second guessing.

MEC please can you get your act together. I have a site that loads in 2 secs without a any caching. The moment I test the calendar it load in 10sec’s. I have explained that our site is dynamic and we cannot and will not use any caching.

Without the addon I get a 2sec load. Awesome. With the addon I get a crazy 13 Sec load according to Gmetrix. Please do not tell me to use Caching. I have a dynamic site site caching is a no go. Please can you sort this out. Even your site is slow and i am on a 100mb line.

It has been while since I’ve heard anything. I can only assume your efforts to reach these guys has been totally useless. So IMO it’s the end of the road. No amount of money can convince me that these guy’s are the right people to invest in. I have sent 2 emails in a effort to reach them and no reply. I have over 8000 potential users and they have just lost any chance.

Thank you for getting back to me. My biggest problem is the now. How do I/We move forward. It will be the worst thing for us to push this but you end up ditching us down the line. Please keep us in the loop as no one seems to respond to comments.

If I click on a simple Product option and then save the zone pricing, it updates.

I’ve ticked the virtual option and will do checkout test to see if there are any conflicts.

I use a Plugin called LearnDash to create courses. They have and extension that allows me to connect the course to a woocommerce product. From your list of product types you mention, I get an extra option to click on course .

Unfortunately not.

However, there is is an option for me to activate the statistics for a Quiz. This allows me to go to the quiz (Edit), at the top of the page is a statistics TAB for the Quiz. Then I can can click a user and view their Quiz activity.

This not ideal but at least the results are saved if requested.
