We work in many WP sites all day long and the error messages affect every single page loads without adding any use at all. The plugin authors are working on fixing their code and it might take a while.

So there’s use in getting that error message hundreds of times a day.

Yes, it would be great if this gets added to the plugin features.

Google Search Console is already sending out warnings to site owners about this: “Events issues detected on …”

After activating the WPML plugin the slideshows on the pages get replaced with the error ‘No slide available, click here to add a new one.’

When checking the slide shows in the plugin admin pages, the slideshow-tab is still showing the pics (slides), but the settings tab is showing the same error message the public facing pages show: No slide available, click here to add a new one.

Any idea how to fix this?

You have to make the settings section visible using the top right options on the write screen. Then the settings will be available towards the bottom of the page.

Not exactly intuitive, but unlike a competing plugin this one works.

Deactivating and re-activating the plugin fixed the problem.

The insert gravity forms button will only work with the default editor. I have contacted both parties, and there seems to be little interest in fixing this.

You have to insert the form manually using the shortcode.

Unfortunately it is also not possible to add the necessary form tags to notification emails. Need to do that manually, too.

I second that request. Activating the plugin turns error free validated pages into a minefield of errors and warnings. In my test site I’m getting 13 errors and 2 warnings from your plugin.

Baiscally, you’re putting a lot of stuff in the head section that is not allowed in the head section. The browser/validator starts to confuse what part of the page is head and what is body.

This should be fixed!

Tons of other things to do, no time for scientific testing…

Anyway, my recommended steps are:
Reupload theme and plugin files.
Deactivate and activate theme after activating plugin.

I did some testing, and it’s working now. I tested with a new theme, and it worked. I switched back to Twenty Twelve, and it worked, too!

So it seems that switching the theme off and on solved the problem.

(It might be more complicated, since I switched around many things, including reuploading theme files, turning the plugin on and off, etc.)

Still, something seems wrong, because I had the same problem on another site, and switching themes shouldn’t be necessary. I tested only 1 site now, so I don’t know if my solution is in any way consistent and repeatable.

I’m using TwentyTwelfe, too. I will try a different theme later and report back!

Sorry, don’t have Firebug and wouldn’t know how to use it.

Sorry, can’t be an xml sitemap plugin. I’m working on a new installation, only Akismet was activated. Turning it off did not help.

By the way, yesterday I had the same problems on other sites, too.
