Thanks.
Thank you for your reply, @bradvin. I appreciate your help. Will go for the HTML workaround then and wait for a later update. At which level is performance degradation expected (if any) if you compared HTML vs. JSON?
Hi Cais (@photocrati),
this (grouping all singlepic images within one post into one set) is a feature that I assumed would be integrated into NGG. That would reduce the number of plugins needed by 1.
Thanks,
RalfI finally figured out how to get my old picture navigation back:
1. Install Shutter Reloaded Plugin (yes, I had it installed once but lost it somehow)
2. Tell NextGen Gallery to use an “own” effect and add the code class=”shutterset” to the respective NextGen Gallery option fieldThat’s all!
@tbc Tville: No.
My issue was solved with one of the last updates. Thank you.
Same with me. I cannot update posts someone else has already published. However, I can post own new articles. Using latest WordPress app for iPhone.
ok, found the solution:
wordpress general design options:
– image display: 3rd option: automatically create image sets for each article or page
– NGG options: Effects: NONE.other bug: article/page in the background jumps back to the top when closing open picture in front by pressing shutter navigation button “x”. Clicking on the picture closes it with the article/page exactly where it was. How do I configure the navigation button “x” correctly? Any idea?
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] upgrade from 0.92 to 1.4.3Alex, it does. The only work that took some time was to modify the css according to my template, since I work with shutter reloaded instead of ngg shutter functionality. Now it is all fine. Thanks.
