Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: 403 forbidden access denied in some casesWell, I installed the clean wordpress I mentioned through FTP, without any assistance from managers provided for the hosting, and it’s a clean installation, so there’s no plugins or themes in there at all.
I’ve been thinking about it, and it seems to me, this is a problem that arises when a plugin tries to insert or modify data in the database. But this is just a wild theory I haven’t even tried to prove
I haven’t solved this yet, I’ve been quite bussy and stressed, so the task of contacting my hosting’s support is still pending.

In reply to: 403 forbidden access denied in some casesLike the plugin or directly from Google’s side of things?
The plugin for wordpress. It adds the code for you, but I deleted it to do some testing, when I tried to add it again, it says it’s already inserted, but it’s not.
So I guess the question is when do you see that message? Is it just when trying to save something like the code or post types and not regular posts/pages or does that show all any type of save you try?
It shows that error screen with the 403 error when I try to save the codes I’m inserting through the plugin and when I’m trying to save custom post types. For regular/native posts and pages it works ok.
I’ve never encountered a problem like this before…

In reply to: 403 forbidden access denied in some cases@jcastaneda for now, I’m trying to add an adsense code, for some reason it doesn’t work with Google’s Site kit (probably my fault for testing it and playing with it), so I opted for adding it through a plugin.
The problem is: I don’t know what other implications could this issue have. For now, I know I can’t insert html or javascript codes into the header and footer, but it’s possible than something even serious is there and I don’t even know about it yet.
For example, that problem to update the custom post types I consider it to be pretty serious, because I can’t update the content of those posts. And I don’t know if it’s related to this matter.
I don’t feel confortable evading the problem now, because it could come back to bite me later.

In reply to: 403 forbidden access denied in some casesUpdate
I still haven’t been able to solve it, but I did some testing and created a subdomain.
In this subdomain I installed a new wordpress, 100% clean and installed a plugin for inserting html code to the header. I’m still getting that 403 error.
So I’m thinking @catacaustic has got a good point and maybe this is my hosting provider blocking it. I will contact support later in the day to consult them
I just managed to enter the site. To be honest, I did nothing at all, I just tried again right now and it worked this time.
I have no idea what was wrong, last night it wasn’t working and now it is, all of the files are exactly the same…..
Thanks for your support!
Hi! That option is off the table because I can’t login. The /wp-admin and /wp-login pages are both redirected to the xampp’s dashboard

In reply to: Editor broken after the 5.6.2 updateHi @annezazu and @paaljoachim
I’ve done some testing and was able to pin down the problem. It’s a plugin, specifically
Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg. And more specifically, it only happens when using a Post Carousel.
Note: There could be more triggers for the problem, but that’s the one affecting me right now. When I disable that plugin, the problem goes away. Sadly, I can’t just disable it because I use some of this blocks for a lot of content.
PD: Oh, and if you still need the info, the theme I’m using is Astra
PD2: I tried twenty twenty-one and twenty nineteen and the problem is not there. Seems to be linked to Astra and Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg working together.
The problem has been validated and fixed by Google. Thanks!
Yes, I’ve already cleared the cache from the plugins and from cloudflare, before reporting this problem, and just now, but the issue is still there.
Edit: More acurately, 4 out of the 5 problems seems to be solved. Not related to the cache cleansing, GSC notified earlier today that it was solved.
Both of the errors in the image are from the same url: https://emprendeonline.xyz/comprar-un-dominio-web/

It didn’t work… Google is still showing an error in all of the 5 urls.
Now, it’s also showing “Custom JavaScript can’t be included”
Al three errors are related to amp
I’ve removed the scripts you suggested and asked GSC for a validation on the fixes. I’ll let you know about the answer they give me as soon as I get it. Thanks for your help
That is the script for Google Analytics and the script for Google Adsense for AMP that Google provides.
I’ve moved them to the Advance configuration text box for html code, but the proble still remains. No problem, this is the file: https://emprendeonline.xyz/wp-content/uploads/redux_options_redux_builder_amp_backup_17-11-2020.json
By the way, This one URL, is not showing as an error anymore:
Found 14 nov 2020: https://emprendeonline.xyz/crear-una-pagina-web/
The other five urls still have the two error and aren’t being shown in results.
I have to say I’ve done nothing at all to fix it, it literally fixed itself. Aparently, Google Search Console has some kind of problem with this AMP plugin for the moment
I’ve got this same error.
I tried inserting the required script:
<script async custom-element="amp-iframe" src="https://cdn.ampproject.org/v0/amp-iframe-0.1.js"></script>
And then recrawling, but it doesn’t workYou are right! I solved it. Thanks a lot. I didn’t really understand quite well how the plugin works
