I activated the plugin after checking the settings, i clicked on a picture on my site and – boom – no lightbox, the picture is shown like without lightbox in a empty screen. After activating secondary features and trying the iframe example – the same result – no lightbox.

After updating the plugin is working fine without any patches.

Login on the demo site https://www.nextendweb.com/wp-login.php with a google account (chrome browser windows 7) does not work as it does not work on my own WP Site. Will you fix the problems some day?

The “settings”-link on the plugin-page https://example.com/wp-admin/network/plugins.php does not work on my Multisite-Installation – the problem is IMHO not solved.
Where are the settings saved? Can i change it manually as workaround?

Versions: WP 3.5.1
WP jQuery Lightbox 1.4.1

@elliotcondon thanks for your advice. I was a little in despair yesterday, when i first tried the Advanced Custom Field Plugin. It was my fault, but maybe another reason was the suboptimal user interface.

My advice to any new users of the plugin:
You have to click on “Add New” beside the title “Field Groups” on the Custom Fields page before you do anything else. “Settings” maybe important – LATER!

I found a solution patching the themes/functions.php like described here: https://howto.blbosti.com/2010/03/wordpress-modify-the-upload-list-of-allowed-file-types/comment-page-1/#comment-3172
I hope there will be a better way to do this some day in the admin panel.

I planned a similar use of WP 3.01 Multisite-Feature, but after a few experiences i got big troubles with users roles and accounts as described here:

@andrea, yes i have checked this option and it is active, but the problemm continues.

Is there a way to “reset” the system without the necessity of re-installation?

I suspect that multisite installation will not work in the way i have planned it. My concept looks like:

thanks Andrea, but both ways doesn′t work here or i haven′t understood your commendation:

– i think you mean the checkbox (in the german version it is described as “Erlaube Blog-Administratoren, neue Benutzer direkt anzulegen.” translated) “allow blog-admins to create new ueser” in /wp-admin/ms-options.php. This is activated, but there is no screen to add an existing user in wp-admin/user-new.php or wp-admin/users.php. I can add NEW users but not in other block existing users.

– If i add the user name of a “other blog”-user like described from you (in my case /wp-admin/ms-sites.php?action=editblog&id=11&updated=true) there is a dialog-element which is described like “add user (from other blog)”, but after adding the user name and choosing a role (whatever) the user WILL NOT added to the blog. I tried this with more than one user name.

I have the plugin “Multisite User Management” v. 0.5 active and i tried in the manner described with and without this plugin activated.

Former i tried buddypress on this multisite-installation but i removed it, because it was very buggy IMHO. Maybe there are some trash or damage from this plugins?

I have the same problem? How can users register on a sublog without registering in the main blog? Is this problem solved? How did you solve this?
