In reply to: [Front End Users] Checkbox value not savingAll sorted now sir.
You were right, it worked by reducing the field to one word. I then reworded the sentence to be shorter and it’s now working.
Many thanks for your help ??

In reply to: [Front End Users] Checkbox value not savingHi Etoile, I’ve removed the single quote mark as mentioned in your email, however it’s still not saving the value sadly.

In reply to: [Front End Users] Checkbox value not savingHello sir,
Sadly none of the values in the selection above is working. It’s strange because the issue seems aligned to the overall field (ie, still an issue if i change the values) regardless of how the options are entered.
Do you have an email address please where i can send you the details and a username/password etc?

In reply to: [Front End Users] Submit form function integrationAhhh, i see. I’ve not worked with validation via this method before. I’ll have to do some reading into it then.
See my issue would be, if the button is fired when the FEUP submit button is clicked – what if the user doesn’t complete a couple of fields and then decides not to bother completing the actual form….the ‘other’ email form would still get submitted and the user would receive a ‘thank you’ auto responder without having actually signed up…
Hmm…

In reply to: [Front End Users] Not redirecting after logging inSure Rustaurius, thank you sir – I will email you guys now.
Hi Rustaurius,
I’m using all four of these on the page:
[user-profile] [restricted]Restricted content[/restricted] [restricted block_logged_in='Yes']Shows when logged in[/restricted] [edit-profile]
I’ve checked to see what cookies are on the page and yes there is a cookie that starts with “EWD_FEUP_Login” and then it has a percentage symbol and loads of numbers after it.
Hi EWD, i’m having a similar problem here.
When logged in, if I view a page where I’d like to have restricted content, the behaviour doesn’t seem right…almost as though it’s not recognising when the user is logged in or not. However on the same page, if i place the [edit-profile] tag it will recognise it.

In reply to: [Front End Users] Not redirecting after logging inHi Rustaurius,
I’m totally stumped now. I feel like I’ve tried every combination of fault diagnosis as I can.
The only other solution I can think of without attempting to hack the original core code would be to have the submit button take the user to the edit-profile page regardless of their login attempt being successful or not, but that’s not a good UX practice.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, isolated it on the homepage and even taken my css styling away from it. There aren’t any errors appearing in the Google Chrome dev console.
Would the next step be to pay you guys to look into this for me? I’m a little disappointed and confused at the same time as to why this isn’t working especially as i purchased the full pro version ??

In reply to: [Front End Users] Not redirecting after logging inHi Shiro San,
I’m really stumped now….I can’t work out why this wont work.
Can you please provide me with the definitive line of code that you feel should work 100%?
In terms of priority of the code…is there anything that you can suggest there also?

In reply to: [Front End Users] Not redirecting after logging inHi Shiro-san, the page path is:
https://champsummit.com/edit-profile/At the moment, when i try to log in, it just refreshes the log in page (the homepage in this instance) but with an # after the domain name. It only redirects if you’re already logged in.
I just tried it now with the absolute page path but sadly that did not work either ??
[login redirect_page=’https://champsummit.com/edit-profile/’%5D;Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Front End Users] Not redirecting after logging inYeah I just tried [login redirect_page=’edit-profile’]; << and that didn’t work.
Hmmm…..do you think there could be a bug?

In reply to: [Front End Users] Not redirecting after logging inHi Rustaurius,
I just tried:
[login ‘redirect_page=/edit-profile/’]
and
[login ‘redirect_page’=’/edit-profile/’]But sadly, neither of those have made a difference for me…is there anything else that you’d be able to suggest?
