From your reply, I can see you have many plugins installed. I believe there is one or many that is the cause of your database growing so quickly.

I still suggest you install wp-cron and view all the events being scheduled in background

Other Advice to install wp control plugin is good, but I′m afraid to handle wrong.

This should be due to a cron event that keeps on running.
I recommend you install wp control plugin.
Then go to tools -> Cron Events menu to manage cron events.
From there, you would have a view on what is causing tin0_actionscheduler_actions to grow without limit.
