The only links authors are allowed is in the author bio box. Moderating genuine articles isn’t a problem, but I’m receiving hundreds of articles which are not related to the content of my site, which are obviously automated.

Is there any way of stopping this?

I have always used the guest author role – no one has ever been able to publish posts except the admin.

The issue is I receive to many spam submissions.

I’ve set up a custom role – the new users are registered as ‘GuestAuthors’. Posts are only submitted as pending, is this still a security risk?

The date should be added in the format yyyymmdd. I just wanted to confirm you aren’t using yyyyddmm by mistake?

I use my form inside an if statement, so I placed it before the endwhile; ?>` and it works fine – but the [_post_title] mail tag still doesn’t work.

Any idea why?

This is ewhat I have:

Forgot to add, the expiry date will be added as a cutom field using the key expiration and the value mm/dd/yyyy 00:00:00

There’s a tutorial for creating members only content here. It also features a re-direct after login, so users never see the dashboard if yo don’t want them to.
