I saw there was a “background” behind the bullets and I fixed that, but still a no-go. Still can’t figure out why the bullets are cutting into the picture border. Anyone?

Anyone have any ideas about this? The site is fully functional now, shouldn’t hit a 404 error…

Yeah…I just noticed this myself. I think 2.6 killed MySpace Crossposter. Don’t know if the author is aware (he doesn’t have any posts about it on his blog). Anyone with coding experience know how to get it up and running? Anyone successfully running it in 2.6?

Okay, I figured it out! The theme I’m using uses multiple CSS stylesheets, and there were conflicting instructions. I removed the offending instructions and it’s working properly.

I also found the “title” command – it calls a function called freshy_get_comment_excerpt() to make the text blow up over the post title. So, here’s my question: can someone help me put in a “title” form, then replace the comment exerpt command with the title text?

After poking around with CSS validators and trying to feel my way through it, I made a few tweaks. Now, comments from normal people appear properly, but I’m still having a problem with author comments.
The proper colors appear briefly while the page is loading, but the background turns to white by the time it’s finished loading. Take a look. I’m sure this is some screwy CSS somewhere, but I’m having a hard time finding it, mainly because I don’t know what I’m doing. If someone could take a look, please.
Also, I’m still at a loss for what to do about the comment titles. I’d like to lose them entirely, or have a “title” field below the comment registration that will take care of it.

Okay, quick follow up:
I didn’t check the post in seperate browsers. In IE, the first post looks fine, it looks fantastic and legible, but the second post (my follow-up) is white and unreadable.
In Opera, where I checked first, both posts are unreadable. This is probably some bad xhtml somewhere, but I really have a hard time finding this stuff. Any help will do. Thanks!

Ha ha! I found it. When I was playing around with digg code, I accidentally deleted a div tag. The other xhtml errors can suck it, the page works now. Thanks for the help!

Thanks. I’m currently working on this, but I’m having a hard time becuase I don’t know which stylesheets to look in for any of these errors. I’m just kind of randomly poking around right now. If there’s a faster way to tell, can someone let me know?
