So is pagination available on premium version of the plugin? Because I cannot see it on the documentation.

I installed the latest version of this plugin as of this writing(version 3.75) together with WooCommerce version 3.6.4 inside WordPress 5.2.2. Hope that helps to resolve this issue.

Thank you so far for all the support I’m gettings from my previous queries.

Anyway, for this specific issue, I think I can just explain it to you without a video. The problem is when I activated this plugin, ALL REVIEWS will be loaded on a single product page. Let’s say I have 50 reviews for a specific product. Then they will be all loaded which makes the page very long to scroll. Meaning, the default WordPress comments’ pagination stops working once the plugin is activated.

We have installed the version 1.3.8 of this plugin but we have an outdated WooCommerce plugin installed though(version 3.2.6), and WordPress version of 4.9.10. We’re afraid to update most of the plugins especially WooCommerce and WordPress as we broke our site the last time we updated them.

Please let us know if you can replicate the issue on your end.

My bad, I should have used the Convert Reviews button in General Settings. I’m now seeing the old reviews. ??

But I’m just wondering about the second question About the reviews we have on Amazon that we want to import using an excel file. Is it possible to request this feature?

I think you’re right. That bottom classes field seems not needed at all since we can add classes directly in the attributes tab at the right side. It just confuses me as it might be useful in some circumstances like placing its classes in different elements. Though, it seems not a big deal for me at this moment. Thanks anyway! ??

Replacing the code solved the issue. Thank you very much for the fast response and quick solution!

Anyway, the staging server is using PHP 5.4.19. What if we decided to upgrade to the latest version, should I restore back the original code we just changed or will you update the plugin code and we’ll just download its latest version?
