In reply to: [Customizr] active link from post on main pageyes, it’s bit complex but after a while it’s very usefull.
you have do define the categories who should show up (or tags, or…what you want)
I would recommend to “load” an existing script and place the code in a page and see how it looks.
then you can build your own “shorttag”
Look something like: [post_list name=”postExcerptDivided_5″]
(you can name it the way you want)I have something like:
before list:<p> <div style="background-image:url(https://www.xyz/ab.png); border:1px solid #3D3D3D; padding:10px;">
list content:
<img src="[post_thumb]" alt="postpict" width="300"><h2><b><a href="[post_permalink]">[post_title]</a></b></h2><br> <h4><font color="#FFFFFF">"[post_excerpt length="500"]"</font></h4><br> <a href="[post_permalink]">more...</a>
after list:
</p> </div>
The output from all this is a “intro” from the newest post from a certain category. including the “featured picture”
Important: you must select the right tag, or category on top, otherwise nothing will show up.
The good thing is the “preview”. You can see instantly if it’s working or not.
have fun! ??

In reply to: No picture on first page articlemaybe you can’t see this cause it’s not activated?
Have a look under “options” (right top corner)in the site-editor.
Maybe you must select this option…
