The problem is not with the plug, but with your site. Somewhere in your code, these lines of code add up:

[...]
.fb_dialog.fb_dialog_advanced {
    bottom: 66pt !important;
    display: none;
}

They cause the chat to be displayed incorrectly.

In the latest version (2.4.6) you can delay the display of the chat, hide it completely on phones or only show the bubble by default.

It’s hard for me to dig through the messenger sdk. I recommend that you turn on the “single-page” option and then show the messenger only on the contact page.

In the last version, I also improved hiding on phones. You can hide the chat on mobiles.

Soon I will add a new “hide on selected page” option.

I cannot see the plug-in on your site and the problem cannot be investigated.

However, if you try to enable the plugin, please send us “Site Content”, which is the html code of the entire page after selecting the appropriate settings. Perhaps due to the addition of some parentheses or a forbidden character, the code is incorrectly identified.

The display error on left and the center was due to changes made by Facebook. The display has been improved in the latest 2.4.1 update.

Very good idea about prefetch and preload. In the latest update (2.4.0), I added the option to enable DNS-Prefetch and Preload in the meta.

You can find the new options in Personalization.

This information means that the plug-in cannot download tracking information directly from the service provider because it does not provide an open API.
Live tracking is only available for InPost and Poczta Polska for now.

In my free time I work on adding such functionality for other carriers like DHL or UPS.
