In reply to: [Live Chat (Messenger API) + PolyLang] Slow Website SpeedHey,
Thank you for your interest in my plugin.
The plugin downloads additional scripts required by Facebook. If you want to improve page speed, you must manually change the way scripts are collected. For example, you can add meta: preconnect and preload for facebook uri to your header.Regards,

In reply to: [Live Chat (Messenger API) + PolyLang] Why does it work after deletion? After testing, it is not possible for the plug to work after switching off.
Hey!
In the latest version, the string translations in PolyLang finally work!
They appear in the “String translations” tab, under the “Social Messenger” category.Regards,

In reply to: [Live Chat (Messenger API) + PolyLang] Can’t Login with Facebook AccountHi!
I tried to reproduce your problem but everything works fine. Maybe there were problems with Facebook cookies or a collision with other plugins. When testing your site, be sure to check everything on the incognito card. I also recommend Chrome or Edge (Chrome Engine) browsers to make sure that all technologies are supported.

In reply to: [Live Chat (Messenger API) + PolyLang] Why does it work after deletion?Hey!
The plugin generates a script in the header each time. If it still works after deleting – maybe your site has the cache extension installed. Try to clear your page cache.Regards,
LeszekHey Paula,
I don’t understand what’s wrong.
Readme file says clearly where you must enter the data in your fanpage settings for the chat to work properly.1. Go to: facebook.com/MYFANPAGENAME/settings/?tab=messenger_platform
2. Then, go to section “Whitelisted Domains”:
3. And here you must enter the url of your siteI would be grateful if you change your opinion from negative

Unfortunately, the icon’s position is controlled by the Facebook SDK and its modification does not comply with Facebook’s regulations.Regards,

Thank you for your message and interest in my plugin. You’re right, it’s worth adding such functionality. I have currently updated the plugin to work better with the Facebook SDK version 4. In the next update I will try to add a selection of multiple pages.

In reply to: [Live Chat (Messenger API) + PolyLang] Adding link to enable chatHey fuzzytails,
Thank you for your message and interest in my plugin. From the default level configuration and Facebook SDK – no.
But it is a good point. You could add JavaScript code that loads the chat only after clicking the link.I will try to consider this the next time I update the plugin.
