Would you have any advice on manually adding a sitemap.xml for the mapped domain (I honestly don’t know where to put it) or should I simply do what I am currently doing: Ask GSC to inspect and index individual pages under my mapped domain?

Using Yoast, but it seems the sitemap.xml is generated by Jetpack: https://jonasr.app/sitemap.xml

And the new urls are included in the sitemap, however GSC doesn’t seem to like them…

I used to solve this by adding to the site global css:

.code-blk {
	font-size: 10pt !important;
}

Doesn’t seem to do it anymore, I’m guessing the plugin was updated.
So there is no way to do it globally, you have to do it for each occurrence?

After migration my WP site was defined with http instead of https – duh!

Love the plugin – review is coming ??

Another interesting (?) effect is that if I remove the mapping entirely and browse to https://jonasr.app/fxb/ I still get the security warning.
Browsing to a similar page like https://jonasr.app/uml/ that has not been mapped, I don’t get the security warning.

Now you can add to your experience:
Works perfectly without any issues on wpengine.com ??

Unfortunately it seems my hosting provider is using a system that does not support making the configuration needed ??

Might start looking for alternate providers…
