Just for clarification in the above post, the part of the fonts.gstatic.com URL that shows ” does not show in the source code. I’m not sure how or why it is showing up in the above post as I just paste and copied it in from the source code. Please ignore that part. Thank you.

I tried again and it is still showing the same thing. I did view the source again and it shows a different message this time:

Looks like this problem is back with the version 1.6.0 update today. Just wanted some to know. I posted the details in another support thread here. Thank you.

I’m seeing Yoast not working properly and the wordpress editor plugin is not working either. The bar where the bold, itallics, strikethrough, etc. is missing so I have to hand code all the posts. That bar is like the one about this text box I am typing in. Yoast’s place to add a meta description is missing completely. This happened about 6 months or so ago. Seems like the same problem is back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’m still having the same issues with no relief.

Just to also note that there is an issue with the Yoast SEO plugin and not being able to edit page titles and meta descriptions when the 1.5.0 CC plugin is enabled. I’ll take a look at the link above. Thank you.

I’m also having issues with the 1.5.0 plugin update today. My WPBakery Visual Composer will not let me edit my pages. If I disable the CC plugin, it works fine. It was working fine prior to installing today’s update to 1.5.0. Further, I have the WP original editor installed as a plugin to my site and in text view you can’t view the editor boxes to add links, text formats, etc. I’m talking about the “b” “i” “link” etc. buttons like in this reply box. I don’t know what happened with today’s update, but it is not playing nice with WordPress. I think the last time I updated this plugin as well it had a bug in it and had to be fixed. I’ve had to disable Constant Contact for the time being. Thank you.

I’m having the same problem. Any idea when a plugin fix is coming for this? I haven’t been able to update my image on my site since this W3TC upgrade. Thank you.

I’m having the same issue with the lost connection error message occurring at the top of the add new post page and it seems like a few other pages as well. The problem goes away when I uninstall the plugin. I was disturbed about this as I just started a trial of Constant Contact and this was going to be something I addressed them on Monday as well as with my sales coach consultant.

Since the Constant Contact team says it is not a problem, I will re-install the plugin. I have been able to add articles or posts without any problem with the error message showing, so it did not seem to be effecting that. I did notice that there was an update the other day after I installed the plugin and it seem to have also happened about that time as well. I have also experienced the missing info on the new contact subscribe email as well.

I hope this will be fixed soon. Thank you for looking into it.

I’ve had a similar issue as well. I’m trying to work with my host to resolve it using this page as a reference, but the issue happens randomly like every several days or a week later. Nothing consistent or anything. I did notice this at work and was able to login and clear the page cache and the page fixed itself.

I thought this was caused by a lazy load plugin but it occurred with another lazy load plugin so I disabled both of them and it still happened afterwards.

What can I do to help fix this problem?

Hi,
I’ve tried using the WP Smush in Chrome, IE, and Firefox. It’s not working in any of those browsers. Also, it says that auto-smush is enabled so that images are automatically smushed, but the images I need smush were added after installing the plugin. So, there appears to be the auto-smush that is also not working in addition to the link that says to click here to smush images.

I appreciate your help and support.

Hi Umesh,
I do not see anything in the IE after clicking F12 and then clicking on the Console tab. The little boxes at the top showed “0” which is what I assume there are no errors.

Here is an example that is of a page that used to exist on my old ColdFusion website, which is normally when I get the errors.

But last night I got them whether they were an old CF page or whether they were something like https://www.raptureforums.com/kghjfjdj/

Right this minute I do not see the error in IE11 on the above URL.

Last night I was using Firefox. I’m not sure if it is because of the .cfm ending of the URL or what.

Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Martin,
Thank you for the suggestion. I tried it in a couple of places in my style.css file for my theme and nothing worked. So, I probably did it wrong. Oh well, it’s not a big deal. I may see if I can find someone who can do it for me and pay them to do it. I just don’t want to mess up the theme, so I don’t think I’ll keep trying. The theme author suggested creating a child theme for changes and I’m not sure how to do that as I am new to WordPress.
