I just read your whole report and found out that your installation has been affected by the virus.

I am sorry to say but it looks as if you have used some nulled themes on your installation or maybe in the server which had that virus intact along with all the themes.

The reason behind the infection could be plenty. Most common of which are:

Use of a nulled theme – the wp-vcd malware in many cases comes pre-installed with every downloaded theme from nulled theme websites

Use of outdated WordPress plugins & themes for your site.

No Web Application Firewall (WAF) installed to block hacking attempts made by hackers
Since your installation has been already affected.

It usually creates an unusual code in functions.php. Please delete that code or you can just delete the theme and reinstall and activate the theme again.

Right now, all the themes in your cPanel might be affected so you can consult with your hosting provider or just do it manually.

You can just ask the Hosting provider and their developers might fix this issue as soon as possible.

You can just check the above blog and do it yourself. There is process of removing this virus which is affecting your installation right now. Please remove the unwanted plugins if there are any.

I am sorry to inform you that the Free version of the Travel Agency is translation ready but is not multi-language compatible.

But the theme has a Pro version which is multi-language compatible.

Also, please make sure that you don’t have a post named Blog. Because the URL gets conflict if you have the same two URLs.

Can you please provide me with the site URL? So, I can further debug the issue.

Also, if you are not able to see the Blog ( I assume that you have at least one Blog Post ) then you might have a folder named blog on your WordPress installation.

If yes, then I would like you to rename that to something else rather than a blog, this will fix the issue.

If you want to add fixed starting dates on the Trip, then the WP Travel Engine plugin has an add-on Trip Fixed Starting Dates which will let you add certain dates only.

If you and I are referring to the same author section referenced to the demo of the theme then the CSS should work fine.

Can you please try adding below custom CSS via Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS?

OR have you have made the changes directly on the main theme files?

If you have made the changes directly on the main theme files then on each update your changes will be lost.

We have decided to add an option also to select the hours on the Event date on the banner on the next update release of the theme.

This will make your counter time accurate.
