I Deactivate All Non-Tutor LMS Plugins and also Switch to a Default Theme and still issue is there. I am not using any extension.

I deactivate all plugins and still same issue.
If i will change theme default will it change my website front look?

I have tried everything, but the buffering issue persists. My internet speed is excellent, so this problem seems to be on the plugin end. This is urgent, and I need it resolved promptly—please help me get back to a smooth experience.
