I am having the same issue, it looks like a bug in their latest update. Meanwhile I have not received any response via mail even though I contacted them some days before. It seems like the company has closed down. By the way, this is one of the worst support providing LMS platforms in the internet nowdays, really don’t know what happened to them. The LMS is kind of fine but the customer support is very bad. So it would be better if you can find some other LMS platform that shows some value to the customer.

I am also facing the same issue but the themeum support is ignoring my issue mentioning that its not an issue from their side. Very bad support.
Please kindly help as as soon as possible rather than ignoring our support requests.

Actually it was working fine with my other websites, but this time its showing such unwanted characters in my column heading
