Hello, no I didn’t open any ticket. I purchased the PRO version of the plugin around 8 months ago but I am bringing this up now. I spent few weeks wondering/investigating why my site was so slow until I realised it was because of the PRO version plugin. Sadly, I had to deactivate it.
The slowness happens on Worpdress ajax requests (admin-ajax.php file). No idea why but when the plugin is switched off all works smooth as expected.
