In answer to your questions on my other closed thread – I did clear cache on the various iPhones – I was using the Divi theme by elegant themes. Android phones displayed fine. It appears to be the background image of the button goes missing so on a dark background you can only see the outline of the botton but no text.

Its Elegant Themes Divi Im using – its only iPhones and its when its on a dark background – the background image is missing on iOS – android is fine. I tried deactivating the theme still didn’t work with a pure WordPress install.

Yes – its happening on numerous iPhones – Im android its fine on that. Its when its on website with a dark background.

I’ve isolated the problem – on a iphone its not bringing in the background image or gradient – the copy is viewable – this means it can only be used on a white background. This is on everyones iphone its fine on android devices,

SOLVED – I used https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/facebook-api/ and now it works – cant believe this should happen between fb and wordpress

solved I used https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/facebook-api/ plugin and now i can embed FB into wordpress

just got James huff alteration to work – surely there is another way

I read down this forum and tried everything the sarah palin code works I just cant get FB embed code to work – i see load of videos showing how it works but my basic twenty twelve theme wont do it – i just get the wording and no imnages

I cant get the image that is in the FB post to appear only the copy It doesnt matter which site I go to it just will not appear. I was using a child theme I even turned this off and used the default theme still no joy I have even used FB under another profile.
