In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Great Event PluginIf not for the fact that I saw numerous questions asked and answered after mine, I would say I understood. Unfortunately, there were many questions that followed my question and were answered, while mine was simply ignored.

Thank you for the reply. I just wanted to update. I cloned the entire site and created a copy on my server. I turned off all plugins and turned them each back on one at a time and all worked as it should. It appears as though, no surprise here, that it is the server my client is using for their hosting. The error didn’t happen on the hosting provider I use.
Thanks again for the response.

In reply to: 301 Wildcard RedirectHi Arnel,
Thank you for the reply. I did try that and I’m still getting errors. Too many redirects on Chrome and redirect that won’t work on FireFox.
Thanks again!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] email notification to admin when order status is 'on-hold'I’m not getting an email when payments are made by check. The customer is not emailed and either is the admin. Could this be due to the recent updates?
I do the same thing. Forget to look for the easy way…lol
Glad I could help.Kelly
All you have to do is add the excerpt into the excerpt box while writing your posts. If you don’t see the excerpt box you can enable it by clicking “Screen Options” and checking the excerpt box. Once enabled, paste or type in what you want to show, 10 words etc., and the su_posts will display only the excerpt you typed in.
Hope this helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Revert to old versionIf you have a back up of your DB before updating WooCommerce you can. Also, a copy of the older version of WooCommerce. I make a habit of renaming the directory to bak.WooCommerce, or what ever plugin you’re updating as well as doing a DB backup. This one was my bad because I did’t follow my own rules as far as the DB.
It turned out the problem, for me at least, was my payment gateway, not WooCommerce. Actually it was Go Daddy’s, my clients hosting provider, reluctance to update to the latest version of PHP.
I hope you were able to get your cart back up and running.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Payment Gateway Fatal ErrorAnybody? Nobody has any idea what this error might be?
The latest update made my cart unusable. Really frustrated here…I even tried a clean install and get this error:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Revert to old versionThe error is my payment gateway is not working. I purchased an extension from Woo Themes and so far they haven’t responded to my my request for any assistance with their product. Everything else seems okay, but an e-commerce site isn’t exactly profitable when you can’t process credit cards and customers get an error message when they try.
Really frustrated here…
