Solved.. i had to uninstall old version then install new version

i get this error.. it wont let me update from inside wordpress

so i downloaded the file from website and it wont install

Destination folder already exists. /home/diamo109/public_html/ava/wp-content/plugins/wp-invoice/

Plugin install failed.

i tired to install the update via the zip file and uploading and it said it failed…

so i cant update it?

any help would be great

How do i install the update?
as in wordpress panel it does not show upgrade option
even though i see we are using the last version
before the latest update of wp-invoice

do i just download the plugin and install?

will it keep the info? or overwrite our other settings?
