You will need to deactivate the WP Advanced Comment and enable the Comment Form Builder. You should create a comment form first. Check this link for adding a comment form https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yzzooz4EZzU

If you want to use WP Advanced Comment plugin add this css on the style.css it should remove the space.

#comments {
    padding: 0 !important;
}

But i will suggest you to use Comment Form Builder.

There were some problems on the Shortcodes on the WP Advanced Comment on some sites so i haven’t added it. To display the custom fields you dont need shortcodes here. This plugin will use default comment list to append the custom fields. Which is a new feature.

You dont have email field. Thats y it is not working. Email is compulsory.
